My name is Beth and I LOVE all food, travelling and music. My path has been anything but linear. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu and entering the "real world" at the bottom of the food chain, I have dedicated 10 years  

working in fine dining restaurants, cafes and bakeries as managment, to now pursuing my goal of my own bakery cafe. Each step has taught me something valuable. 

 I started Gimme Sugar after having my daughter. She was the push I needed - My Why.

The phrase  "give me some sugar" refers to physical  affection. Gimme Sugar is about more than just delicious baked goods, it speaks to why I love baking for people. Food connects people, Food brings people together, Food is memories, Food is a love launguage.  None of this would be possible without all of your continuous suppport.
